Loop it under your feet for hip and glute activation before a session. Anchor it to a door or rack for rows, pull-aparts and shoulder work. Use it for assisted stretching of your hamstrings, hip flexors, calves and thoracic spine. Run against it for sprint and agility drills. The 100 cm continuous loop gives you the range to do all of it.
The Ultimate — at 54.5–79.5 kg / 120.1–175.2 lbs — is the top of the SuperBand range. It's built for the most powerful, most conditioned athletes who need maximum resistance to feel the training effect across every use case. The same activities as every other band. The highest resistance available.
