You will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped.
Free delivery is applicable on orders over AED 250 within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Umm Al Quwain.
For orders below AED 250, a delivery charge of AED 30 is applied.
An additional delivery charge of AED 75 applies to Ajman, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah.
We are not currently accepting gift cards online. Please check the website for any updates on this.
For the larger fitness equipment items and bikes, we will assemble the product for you at your request.
- Returns accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Product exchange is allowed within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Products may be exchanged only once.
- The exchange value must be equal to or higher than the original purchase.
- Supplier warranty applies to all products under warranty.
- Non-returnable/non-exchangeable items (for hygiene and safety reasons):
- Undergarments, socks
- Ear plugs, swimming goggles
- Mouth guards, water bottles
- Items must be in new, resalable condition, and in original packaging.
- If the repair period exceeds 15 days, the store will provide a similar alternative item.
- If a product cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued in accordance with our policy, provided all conditions are met.
- For electronic items, returns/exchanges are only accepted if unopened, unless defective.
- Customized/personalized products are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Please note that it may take up to 5 working days to process your refund after we have received your returned item(s).
- It may take up to 5 to 21 days for the amount to be reflected in the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Please note that Shipping fee is not refundable. However, if the refund is due to a manufacturing defect or damage to the product during the delivery process then the service and delivery charges are fully refundable.
- Defective or damaged items may be returned/exchanged within 15 days, subject to inspection.
- Delivery delays may occur during public holidays or other peak periods.
- This policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Law No. 15 of 2020 in the UAE.
Yes, if you have a valid receipt and your purchase meets the criteria in our refund and exchange policy
We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button. This includes; changing the item or size, delivery / billing address, adding items to your order, shipping method. If you need to change or cancel your order, you will need to follow our returns process. If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing.

Our drivers will be wearing gloves, with regular usage of antibacterial hand wash, they are adhering to social distancing guidelines and will wear an appropriate face mask to ensure a safe sanitized online shopping experience. Our logistics partners also follow strict guidelines which adhere to the government regulations on containing COVD-19.
