WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?

Orders will be delivered in most cases within 2-3 days [1].  

WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY? [1]

For any order over 250, your delivery is completely free. If your order is less than 250, there will be a delivery charge of 25. ( t&c’s apply )

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE?

On our website, you can pay using Mastercard or VISA.

WHAT IS THE PAID ORDER VERIFICATION FOR IN-STORE PICK-UP?

Customers must present their Emirates ID, Passport or equivalent ID for verification and record-keeping purposes when picking up paid orders.

 

WHAT IS THE REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

REFUND

  1. Refunds are acceptable within a period of 7 days of purchase (as per invoice date)
  2. Online Orders Return, Exchange & Refunds Are Only Available At The GO Sport Mall of the Emirates Store

  3. All Credit/Debit Card refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction

  4. Please note that it may take up to 5 working days to process your refund after we have received your returned item(s)
  5. It may take up to 5 to 21 days for the amount to reflect in your Credit/Debit Card after refund is processed
  6. The product must be in its original packaging and in a sellable condition with relevant tags attached. Goods found to be dirty, stained, damaged, torn or abused will not be entertained for refund
  7. For hygiene and safety reasons, undergarments, swimwear, socks and other similar products will not be refunded
  8. Please note that Shipping fee is not refundable. However, if refund is due to a manufacturing defect or damage of product during the delivery process then the Service and delivery charges are fully refundable. However, Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product will be refunded

    EXCHANGE

    1. Exchanges are acceptable within a period of 14 days of purchase (as per invoice date)
    2. Exchange product value should be equal or higher than the original purchase
    3. The product must be in its original packaging and in a sellable condition with relevant tags attached. Goods found to be dirty, stained, damaged, torn or abused will not be entertained for exchange
    4. Please note that only ONE TIME EXCHANGE of product is allowed within 14 days of purchase (as per invoice date)
    5. For hygiene and safety reasons, undergarments, swimwear, socks and other similar products will not be exchanged
    6. There are no extra shipping charges for the item to be exchanged – Free for one time ONLY

      COMPANY RIGHTS

      1. Company reserves the right to cancel any order by a buyer who is late with the payment / product pickup or who is party to an unresolved dispute with regard to a previous order.
      2. Product reservation for store pick-up product will be ONLY for 48 hours. Company reserves the right to cancel the order if payment is not made and product is not picked-up by buyer within 48 hours (this only applies to COD products).
      3. Company reserves the right to cancel any order if product ordered has manufacturing defect / damage / unavailable in inventory due to any reason. In such cases, (if payment is made) refund will be initiated to the original bank card.
      4. Company reserves the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges on items that are:
      • unfit for resale
      • exchange made outside of the 14-day time frame
      • refund made outside of the 7-day time frame

      Such cases will not be accepted. Products will be sent back to the customer and shipping cost will be charged to the customer accordingly.

      WHAT IS THE COST OF RETURNS?

      There are no additional shipping charges for the item

      HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER?

      Step 1: Make sure you have read the refund & exchange policy. 

      • Is the product in its original condition? 
      • Do you have the original receipt? 
      • Are you making the claim within the given time period?

      Your GOSPORTME.COM site remains open with secure home delivery. We are taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure that our customers, staff and supply chain are kept safe and well during this time and to prevent the spread of COVID-19. GO Sport drivers are ensuring that our vehicles are disinfected daily. Our drivers will be wearing gloves, with regular usage of antibacterial hand wash, they are adhering to social distancing guidelines and will wear an appropriate face mask to ensure a safe sanitized online shopping experience. Our logistics partners also follow strict guidelines which adhere to the government regulations on containing COVD-19. 

      DELIVERY FEES

      • Free delivery is only applicable on orders over 250 placed in the emirates of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Umm Al Quwain. For orders under 250, an additional charge of 25 is applied to the basket total
      • An additional charge of 75 is applied to the basket total for the emirates of Ajman, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah
