The 2nd generation of PTP Superband heavy can be used for assisted pull-ups, agility and resistance training. The dual coloured design provides a training scale for both resistance training and pull ups. Medium levels of assistance (medium & heaby) are for individuals that are competent at pull ups/chin ups and dips but wish to perform more reps. Increased resistance will challenge functional fitness and agility training.
